I wanted to wait to post pictures of my tanks after the move to give everything time to get settled. And finally, here they are!
My fish corner: the 20 gallon sorority tank, and two divided 10 gallons which house my male bettas.
And my newest project, a 4 gallon planted bowl, home to Aurelius the betta! His bowl does have a lid as well as a heater, and the parameters will be closely monitored until his sponge filter arrives.
I should really just give up college and open a fish store already.
Bless this setup, it’s lovely.
A lot can happen in 4 gallons
I wish I could do this with four 20’s.
When I started keeping tropical fish, I went and bought and tank kit from the pet shop. The guy who served me explained how the filtration worked, how the nitrogen cycle worked, and told me if I wanted to add fish before cycling then I would have to do very frequent water changes. It was awesome! Unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore. :(
Saturna’s beautiful Marlboro coloring had come in wonderfully! Look at that pepper!
